    You’ve created another USEFUL tool. Following your clear, concise directions should allow anyone to succeed. Your introductions worked very well…tell ’em what you’re gonna tell ’em, then tell ’em. Wise to “pre-introduce” the next tutorial for folks to choose which tutorial they need. Did you consider the use of mouse highlights in combination with the video actions? I was thinking video actions might have been helpful on the 3rd video but realized the format had pretty much been introduced in earlier tutorials. Which application did you use? If they’re not already being used at eLearning, I’m guessing screencasts could be a useful tool; I depend on them! Thanks for consistently excellent products.
